We are looking for a highly skilled Power Platform Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a strong full-stack development background and hands-on experience implementing, customizing, and extending Microsoft's Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE solutions across various industries. You will be responsible for designing scalable, efficient, and maintainable business applications, leading technical efforts, and supporting client-facing initiatives.
Must Have Skills
C# / .NET Core 5+ years of hands-on development experience
Microsoft Dataverse practical experience working with Dataverse data structure and APIs
Power Platform including Power Apps and Power Automate
REST APIs and OAuth2.0 for external integrations
Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, and design patterns
Experience with Azure DevOps, version control (e.g., Git), and CI/CD pipelines
Unit testing frameworks (e.g., xUnit, NUnit)
Specific Industry Experience
Retail/Franchise Operations: Experience working with multi-location businesses or franchise operations
Customer Relationship Management: Background in CRM implementations for customer-facing businesses
Membership/Subscription Models: Understanding of recurring revenue business models and member lifecycle management
Real Estate/Property Management: Experience with location-based business operations
Health & Wellness Industry: Familiarity with fitness, healthcare, or wellness industry requirements (preferred but not required)
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 5 Years Of Experience In Software Development
Proven experience integrating systems with Microsoft Dataverse
Excellent command of written and verbal English
Comfortable working in agile environments and remote teams
Able to independently translate business needs into technical solutions
Other Requirements
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Ability to communicate technical topics clearly with non-technical stakeholders
Experience mentoring junior developers or leading technical discussions
Self-driven and capable of managing tasks with minimal supervision
Familiarity with software architectural patterns and scalable system design
Deal Breakers
No practical experience with Dataverse or Power Platform
Cannot demonstrate actual implementation of solutions using C# and .NET
Poor communication skills or inability to work in a remote team setting
Lack of hands-on integration experience with external APIs and authentication flows (OAuth2)
No experience working with version control systems and CI/CD tools
