Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) Technical Consultant to design, develop, and deliver high-quality CRM solutions that meet client requirements. The role involves translating business needs into robust technical solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and Azure services. This consultant will play a key role in technical design, customization, integration, and performance optimization, while also mentoring junior team members and ensuring best practices are applied across projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical design, customization, and development of Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service modules).
  • Customize Dynamics 365 CE using plugins, workflows, Power Automate, JavaScript, Liquid, and Power Apps.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Custom Connectors.
  • Design and implement Dataverse solutions, including custom entities, forms, views,

dashboards, and security roles.

  • Apply best practices for data migration using KingswaySoft, SSIS, or similar ETL tools.
  • Implement role-based security, authentication, and access control within Dynamics 365 and integrated systems.
  • Work with solution architects and functional consultants to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent

experience).

  • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft development, with at least 3 years in Power Platform

development.

  • Proven expertise in Power Apps Portals/Power Pages development (Liquid, JavaScript,

HTML, CSS).

  • Strong experience with Dataverse, Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, and Power Automate.
  • Experience with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Application Insights, Key Vault, etc.).
  • Proficient in integration techniques (REST APIs, Webhooks, Plugins, Custom Connectors).
  • Strong understanding of security models, authentication, and access management.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, ALM for Power Platform.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
