Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Developer with a proven track record of designing, implementing, and scaling enterprise automation solutions across global organizations. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in RPA Tools, desired tools are Microsoft Power Automate coupled with strong leadership in cross-functional, cross-regional collaboration
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver end-to-end automation solutions across regions.
- Design reusable frameworks, pipelines, and scalable automation solutions to support multinational clients.
- Collaborate with cross-country teams to drive automation adoption and standardization.
- Oversee migration projects from Automation Anywhere to Microsoft Power Automate, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption.
- Integrate APIs, Excel automation, email orchestration, and SharePoint data to build robust automation workflows.
- Optimize bots and automation processes to improve SLA adherence, reduce cycle times, and enhance data accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Has Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or any related field.
- Must have 6+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Automate (end-to-end development and automation)
- Must have 5+ years of progressive experience in RPA development, architecture, and enterprise automation programs.
- Hands-on expertise in Robotics Process Automation using enterprise RPA tools
- Knowledgeable in Power Apps (Canvas apps, SharePoint integration), Power Automate workflows, and SharePoint data integration for enterprise solutions.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Experience in architecting automation solutions, leading platform migrations, and mentoring junior developers to ensure scalable and error-free delivery
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Must be amenable to work on a shifting schedule
- Must be amenable to work in a hybrid setup (1x a month RTO in Taguig or Pasig office)
