This role involves working closely with the Post Turnover Unit team, assisting with key activities related to unit inspections, contractor management, and quality assurance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in inspecting and ensuring that units, mailboxes, and parking slots pass industry
  • standards for Ready for Occupancy (RFO).
  • Conduct essential electrical, water line, and continuity tests on various components.
  • Coordinate with contractors to ensure tasks are completed timely and in compliance with specifications.
  • Review and endorse punch lists, ensuring all identified defects are addressed promptly.
  • Monitor rectification works from mobilization to completion.
  • Ensure contractor performance is in alignment with agreed timelines and quality standards
  • Process and validate contractor billings.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Maintain and report necessary documentation, including performance records and job completion confirmations.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  • A degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, with at least 1 year of experience in construction engineering or working with a reputable property developer, real estate, or contractor.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to conduct thorough inspections.
  • Familiarity with Post Turnover Project processes, including punch lists, unit inspection, and contractor coordination.
  • Ability to manage and oversee contractor activities, ensuring quality and timely completion
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and maintaining a safety-compliant work environment.
  • Decision-making ability, especially in inspections and project oversight.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and contractor
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with inspection tools and reporting systems (e.g., PO, IWS, RRF).
