What you'll do & how you'll make your mark.
The Post Publish FulfillmentAssociateis responsible formodifyingworld-class custom websites based on customer requests while balancing design best-practices and website builder functionality. The ideal candidate is passionate about design, has strong written and oral communication, and has examples of their prior design related work.
Website Enhancements & Client Engagement: Execute precise design and content changes that align with our clients vision for their online presence. Collaborate directly with clients to understand, clarify, and implement their requests for the best possible outcome.
Technical Excellence:Proficiencyin WordPress, HTML, and CSS isa must. You will use these skills to update andmaintainwebsites to ourhigh standards.
Project Management: Handle multiple projects with varying complexities, clearly communicate progress, and meet deadlines in our fast-paced environment.
Client Communication:Manage client communications through outbound calls and emails, ensuringtimelyfollow-ups, proper documentation, and clear closure of completed cases.
Feedback Integration & Continuous Learning: Accept and incorporate qualitative feedback, and stay proactive in learning new web design trends, coding techniques, and industry standards.
Process Improvement & Collaboration: Activelyparticipatein team meetings and collaborate with cross-functional partners to refine processes and enhance our services.
Who you are & what you'll need to succeed.
At least 1 year of experience in Web Design, or a related field.
A portfolioshowcasingrelevant web design work is a plus but notrequired. It helps us better assess your technical skills, creativity, andhands‑onexperience.
Demonstratedproficiencyin WordPress, HTML, and CSS are necessary.
Strong understanding of web design layout and design principles.
With strong written, verbal, and visual creative skills, you effectively communicate technical information in a customer-friendly way
College coursework in technology underway or completed, or equivalent work experience in a related field.
Having knowledge of web hosting, domains, and SSL is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-Oriented & Adaptable: Youpossessa passion for excellence and a dynamic approach to problem-solving, with an eye for detail and a flexible attitude toward change andnew technologies.
Team Contributor: Organized, multitask-capable, and dedicated, you are a team player driven to deliver exceptional results and contribute to the efficiency and quality metrics of our operations.
Technically Skilled: A strong understanding of web technologies and design principles, along with the ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously, is a plus.
