The Role
We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Post-Production Manager to lead and optimize our growing post-production team. This role is critical in bridging communication between our teams in the Philippines and Australia, ensuring seamless collaboration, workflow efficiency, and the delivery of high-quality creative assets.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in marketing, preferably within a creative agency environment, and has managed teams of 5 or more members. They must have experience in streamlining post-production processes, leading a high-performing team of editors and motion designers, and aligning video content with business objectives.
You will report directly to the Video Creative Director based in Australia and play a key role in shaping and improving post-production strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of video editors and motion designers, ensuring the timely delivery of engaging and high-performing creative content across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, website, and other digital channels.
- Facilitate seamless communication between teams in the Philippines and Australia, developing processes to enhance workflow efficiency, alignment, and collaboration.
- Spearhead the implementation of new post-production workflows to improve efficiency, feedback loops, and project delivery timelines.
- Oversee project management including scheduling, asset organization, and assigning tasks to ensure all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
- Perform quality control on all video ads before they are deployed for advertising, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Organize upskilling sessions for the team, ensuring continuous learning and development in industry best practices and emerging trends.
- Ensure quality control across all video outputs, maintaining consistency and brand alignment across creatives.
- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop high-converting ad creatives, including video ads, motion graphics, GIFs, social content, and website visuals.
- Manage asset libraries, ensuring proper organization, version control, and accessibility of all digital assets.
- Optimize video production processes by introducing tools, templates, and best practices to streamline workflows.
- Stay up to date with performance marketing trends and best practices in advertising, ensuring our content remains competitive and innovative.
- Actively participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions with both the broader team and the post-production team in the Philippines, contributing insights and creative ideas.
- Analyze performance data and feedback to refine creative outputs and improve video effectiveness across campaigns.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or related fields are preferred
- At least 5 years experience in videography and content creation preferably within the video production industry
- Familiarity with e-commerce & and online retail operations is beneficial
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud including After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro
- Strong knowledge and interest in performance marketing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Able to work with a sense of urgency whilst balancing a commitment to quality
- Knowledge of video production processes, terminology, and best practices.
- Knowledge with project management tools and software, experience with Click Up and Figma is ideal.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
- A creative mindset with a passion for visual storytelling and design.
- Must be willing to fully work on site in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
