The Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Creative Lead to spearhead creative strategy and execution for a diverse portfolio of brands. This is a high-impact role designed for a performance-minded leader who lives at the intersection of data-informed strategy and world-class execution.

As the Creative Lead, your primary mission is to transform brand objectives into high-converting direct-response assets. You aren't just a manager; you are the primary architect of creative briefs, copy, and performance-led concepts. If you have a detective mindset for analyzing ad performance and the creative spark to iterate winning hooks, this is your chance to lead a global team of designers and editors toward measurable success.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

  • Performance Strategy: Handle daily creative strategy for 5 clients, making data-informed decisions in Meta Ads Manager to guide focus angles, personas, and formats.
  • Direct Response Writing: Own the development of briefs and copy for ads, landing pages, and shooting briefs. This is the most critical function of the role.
  • Client Leadership: Prepare and present weekly creative updates and performance reviews to clients in high-level meetings.
  • Creator Management: Write scripts and briefs for UGC and remote content creators. Facilitate end-to-end logistics, including product shipping and content review via marketplaces.
  • AI & Tech Integration: Leverage cutting-edge AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Veo 3, Arcads.ai) to generate content, mock up designs in Figma/Canva, and streamline production workflows.
  • Creative Direction: Provide feedback and guidance to designers and marketers to ensure all content is compelling, high-converting, and brand-consistent.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Project Managers and Developers to ensure the quality and consistency of creative across various digital touchpoints.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Creative Director, Creative Strategist, or similar performance-focused role.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Direct Response Mastery: Proven track record of developing high-converting creatives and copy specifically for social media performance marketing.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; you must be able to fluently speak the languages of marketing and present insights clearly.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret performance data and transform raw insights into actionable creative strategies.
  • Aesthetic Eye: A keen eye for detail, modern aesthetics, and digital usability.
  • Leadership: Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously while maintaining high standards of execution.

Bonus Points if:

  • You have 1+ years of experience in an e-commerce specific direct response role.
  • You have experience conducting deep-dive consumer research and insights gathering.
  • You are proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Figma to provide executable instructions to design teams.

Grow Into:

  • Building the infrastructure and documenting processes to scale the creative department.
  • Developing a repeatable launch playbook for new brands entering the portfolio.

Salary Range: $9 - $11/hour (Final offer based on skills and experience matched to role requirements)
