Job Description

Provides strategic leadership for the A2P and APIs portfolio. Through in-depth market analysis, trend identification, and risk mitigation, this role ensures that the A2P & API's success is aligned with the broader business objectives, maximizes value, and keeps pace with the evolving ICT landscape.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Portfolio Planning

Strategy Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive ICT product roadmap that balances market demand with technical feasibility and risk mitigation.
Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, vulnerabilities, and white-space opportunities within your assigned sub-portfolio.
Prioritization: Manage the product mix by prioritizing initiatives based on ROI, strategic value, and business impact.

Partner & Ecosystem Management

Strategic Sourcing: Identify and onboard high-tier partners, managing the full lifecycle from contract negotiation to performance evaluation.
Collaborative Development: Work alongside partners to co-create joint service offerings, leveraging external expertise to enhance our competitive edge.
GTM Coordination: Design and execute go-to-market strategies that empower partners with the necessary tools, training, and resources to drive sales.

Product Lifecycle & Performance

End-to-End Ownership: Lead products from initial ideation and funding through to launch and eventual sunsetting.
Data-Driven Optimization: Track KPIs including revenue, profitability, and market share proactively phase out underperforming services to maintain portfolio health.
Continuous Improvement: Gather and act on customer feedback to ensure products remain resilient against emerging security threats.

Risk, Compliance & Stakeholder Engagement

Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and address security vulnerabilities and partner-related risks, ensuring strict adherence to industry regulations.
Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the primary point of contact for executives, vendors, and internal teams, translating complex portfolio data into actionable business updates.
