Branch Operations
- Perform regular tellering transactions such as but not limited to: receive deposits, process withdrawals, issue Manager's Check/Demand Draft, accept and process payments for telegraphic transfers, among others
- Plan and manage cash requirements and holding of the branch
- Secure all cash and valuables in the Branch
- Ensure all account opening including KYC and AMLA requirements are met at all times
- Process account opening and maintenance requests such as but not limited to: creation of CIF, and acceptance and posting of initial deposits
- Review and approve documentary requirements for account opening and maintenance transactions processed by another branch personnel
- Prepare accurate MIS reports, CSTP, OLKRIR, BIR/SSS Payments, etc.
- Manage CTR/AMLA alerts on a timely basis
- Ensure that Branch Operations, corporate image, branch premise standards are maintained
- Ensure compliance to security standards and requirements in the Branch premises
Expanded product plates/Enhanced financial service solutions
- Offer needs-based financial solutions through the range of deposits, loans and investment products available, Consumer Finance and Cash Management Solution.
Sales culture indoctrination/ entrepreneurial
- Implement and monitor an enhanced sales management process
- Function-specific satisfactory QA and audit ratings, Portfolio quality, Fraud management, Know-Your
Customer/Anti-Money Laundering (KYC/AML) monitoring
- Comply with bank policies and processes
- Perform departmental control tasks
Transaction Approval
- Approve transactions not solicited by him/her, such as but not limited to:
- Account Opening Savings and Payroll Accounts
- Account Maintenance
- Co-sign MC's with another officer
- Other transactions based on Designation/Delegation authority granted by the Branch Service Division Head
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or a service-oriented program.
- With strong network within the business trade area/community. At least 3 years experience in sales in banking or related fields.
- Willingness to be assigned in Puregold Valenzuela
