Policy Services Assistant
Objectives
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Assist in the creation, updating, and maintenance of client policies. Ensure all documents are filed and updated accurately.
Input policy information into internal systems, maintaining a high level of accuracy to minimize errors.
Respond to client inquiries regarding policy details, status, or amendments. Provides support via email, phone, or in-person interactions.
Documentation Management: Process incoming policy applications, renewals, and cancellations. Ensure that all documents are compliant with regulatory and company standards.
Assist in handling policyholder claims, including collecting relevant information, submitting documents, and tracking progress.
Ensure policies and procedures align with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Reporting: Generate reports related to policy statuses, outstanding claims, and other administrative tasks for management review.
Work closely with underwriters, claims adjusters, and other departments to facilitate smooth operations.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues that arise during the policy process.
Maintain accurate and organized records, ensuring the confidentiality of client data.
Monitor upcoming policy renewals and process cancellations when required.
