We are looking for a results-driven and entrepreneurial Podcast Sales Executive to help grow our revenue by selling podcast ad spots, post-production services, and branded podcast packages. Minimum Qualifications:
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell podcast advertising slots across various shows and genres
- Pitch and close branded podcast projects to brands and agencies
- Offer podcast post-production services (editing, mixing, distribution) to businesses and creators
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and repeat clients
- Develop customized proposals and pricing packages based on client objectives
- Track sales activities and meet or exceed monthly revenue targets
- Stay updated on podcast and media trends to keep pitches fresh and relevant
- Collaborate with internal production and creative teams to ensure successful execution of sold services
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (experience in media or digital services preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written
- Experience selling advertising, content production, or marketing services
- Familiarity with podcasting, audio platforms, or digital media landscape
- Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills
