Job Description

Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
Must have minimum 6 -10 years of experience as Business Analyst for HR Systems
Must have 2- 3 years of experience in PMO activities for HR system implementation projects
Must have minimum 1-2 SuccessFactors Implementation experience
Must have good understanding of HR Business Process/Functions
Must have experience in Internal/External stakeholder management
Good to have implementation experience in HCM Systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
