Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a PMO Analyst based in Taguig. The PMO Analyst will be responsible for overseeing project portfolios, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and tracking project performance. Key tasks include assisting project managers in project planning and execution, analyzing data to provide actionable insights, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders to ensure timelines and deliverables are met. Additionally, the role involves ensuring compliance with organizational policies and implementing best practices in project management.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess project performance and identify areas for improvement
• Expertise in Program Management and Project Management for effective project planning and execution
• Proficiency in Project Portfolio Management techniques and tools
• Strong Communication skills to engage effectively with various stakeholders across all levels
• Knowledge of financial and banking processes is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or relevant fields
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are a plus
