Qualifications:

Educational Background:

• High School Graduate or Vocational/Technical Graduate in Plumbing, Building Maintenance, or related field.

Professional License:

• TESDA Plumbing NC II.

Work Experience:

• At least 1–2 years of experience in plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance (experience in commercial, industrial, or building facilities is an advantage).

Skills & Knowledge:

• Knowledgeable in plumbing installation, repair, and preventive maintenance.
• Skilled in using basic plumbing tools and equipment.
• Able to troubleshoot leaks, clogged pipes, drainage systems, and plumbing fixtures.
• Knowledge of water supply, drainage, and sanitary piping systems.
• Able to read and understand basic plumbing drawings and layouts.
• Knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel, and basic office applications.
• Good communication and coordination skills; able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit, safety-conscious, and responsible.

Location Requirement: Must be willing to work full-time on-site at Mandaluyong, Metro Manila

Job Summary:

The Building Plumber is responsible for the installation, repair, maintenance, and inspection of plumbing systems, water lines, drainage pipes, and plumbing fixtures. Performs troubleshooting and corrective maintenance to ensure proper and safe operation of plumbing facilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plumbing Maintenance: Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems; repair leaks, clogged pipes, faucets, toilets, drains, and other fixtures; ensure proper operation of water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems.
• Installation and Repair: Install, replace, and repair water lines, pipes, valves, and plumbing fixtures; perform pipe cutting, fitting, joining, and basic plumbing works; ensure works are properly installed and functioning.
• Inspection and Troubleshooting: Inspect plumbing systems to identify leaks, blockages, and other problems; perform troubleshooting and corrective action; report major defects to the immediate supervisor.
• Preventive Maintenance: Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance of plumbing equipment and systems; check water lines, drainage systems, valves, pumps, and fixtures; maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas.
• Safety and Compliance: Follow company safety policies, procedures, and standard operating practices; use appropriate tools and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); ensure activities are performed safely.
• Documentation and Reporting: Record completed maintenance and repair activities; report plumbing problems, material requirements, and maintenance concerns; coordinate with other maintenance personnel and departments.
• Other Duties: Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
