Core Product Build & Architecture
- Execute the development of multi-tenant architecture and complex RBAC systems early in the build cycle.
- Build and maintain high-performance server-side logic and database schemas that serve as the platform's backbone.
- Prioritize the development of admin workflows, ensuring they are robust and scalable as they are core to launch success.
- Maintain high Build Velocity to ensure the team is ready to ramp once the primary architecture is locked.
Quality, Security, & Reliability
- Adhere to strict Quality, Security, and Reliability standards to meet the requirements of the Launch Gate.
- Implement critical-path automation only, avoiding vanity coverage to ensure efficient and effective testing of core services.
- Collaborate with the QA team to satisfy release gates before feature freeze.
- Ensure backend implementations prevent inconsistent admin UX by strictly adhering to established system patterns and data models..
System Governance & Documentation
- Establish system patterns once to ensure a single, scalable source of truth for the backend.
- Participate in deep technical reviews to catch and rectify potential architectural mistakes that could be fatal later.
- Document core APIs and system logic to allow for a seamless transition as the engineering team expands.
