Job Description
- Lead the finance team across reporting, treasury, AP/AR, costing, and tax functions.
- Manage the full set of accounts, ensuring timely group and statutory reporting.
- Oversee cashflow planning, daily funding needs, and risk mitigation (FX, interest, credit).
- Strengthen financial controls, SOPs, and compliance with statutory and tax requirements.
- Collaborate with production on standard costing, cost tracking, and operational insights.
- Coordinate with SG Finance and external partners (auditors, tax agents, banks) while mentoring the local finance team.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Finance Manager Should Have
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CPA is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and forecasting tools.
- Experience in the industrial/manufacturing industry is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
