Job Summary
- Manage and organize the formulation, adaptation, execution and delivery of the Group's over-all strategic plans, imperatives and other initiatives ensuring customer experience, process effectiveness and efficiency in partnership with the various units of the group within the prescribed internal and external controls and regulations with full knowledge and application of current AMLA, Compliance and other regulatory requirements related to his/her specific responsibilities
How will you contribute
- Primary responsible monitoring and evaluation of the Group's performance through a set of established metrics of the Balanced Scorecard
- Ensures the active and strict monitoring, control and analyses of the Group's capital and operating budget and expenses. Also responsible in the submission of the Group's budget proposal and provides assistance for budgetary requirements of all units of the Group
- Coordinates closely with the Human Resources Department on the maintenance of the Group's Manpower Database which includes Employee Information and Movements Tracking
- Handles Project Management function of the Operations Group
What will make you successful
- College degree, preferably Business or Industrial Engineering background
- 1-3 years in banking operations in a technical/analyst role
- Knowledge in Budget & Expense Management; Metrics Management; general banking knowledge and exposure to branch banking and operations
