Job Description

Job responsibilities:

  • Develop financial evaluation models to assess the ROI of new products, channels, and major marketing initiatives, supporting a full-cycle management approach (pre-assessment, in-process monitoring, and post-event review).
  • Lead the digital transformation of financial models by embedding them into internal systems with configurable parameters, automated calculations, and process integration.
  • Continuously optimize evaluation models and workflows to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and responsiveness to business needs.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align business and financial processes, and support front-end operations with financial insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related disciplines; CPA qualification is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into financial models.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional collaboration, lead discussions, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Employment Standards:

  • Work arrangement is 100% onsite in BGC, Taguig.
  • Must be amenable to an individual contributor role.
  • Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools; experience with databases and SQL is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of budget planning and cost-benefit analysis is an advantage.
  • Experience in finance digital transformation, automating manual works and project management are highly preferred.
