Job responsibilities:
- Develop financial evaluation models to assess the ROI of new products, channels, and major marketing initiatives, supporting a full-cycle management approach (pre-assessment, in-process monitoring, and post-event review).
- Lead the digital transformation of financial models by embedding them into internal systems with configurable parameters, automated calculations, and process integration.
- Continuously optimize evaluation models and workflows to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and responsiveness to business needs.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align business and financial processes, and support front-end operations with financial insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related disciplines; CPA qualification is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into financial models.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional collaboration, lead discussions, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Employment Standards:
- Work arrangement is 100% onsite in BGC, Taguig.
- Must be amenable to an individual contributor role.
- Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools; experience with databases and SQL is a plus.
- Strong understanding of budget planning and cost-benefit analysis is an advantage.
- Experience in finance digital transformation, automating manual works and project management are highly preferred.
