Your Role, Your Impact

The Planning Engineer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and controlling construction schedules for all projects within the assigned Finishing Cluster. The role ensures effective planning, timely identification of delays, efficient Extension of Time (EOT) evaluation, and proactive schedule risk management to support timely project delivery.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain baseline and updated project schedules
• Monitor progress, productivity, and project performance
• Prepare progress reports, forecasts, and schedule recovery plans
• Validate site progress and assess contractor billing vs. actual work
• Support contract compliance, EOT evaluation, and coordination with project teams

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (PRC License preferred)
• 35 years experience as a Planning Engineer
• Expert in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD
• Knowledge of Procore, Smartsheet, or Oracle PPM is a plus
• Strong communication and coordination skills
