Job Description
- Manage intercompany customer demands by scheduling Sales Orders based on defined lead time per product, order of priorities and based on materials availability (die and components) using MRP.
- Provides weekly load/build plan to Operations team with hierarchy of priorities.
- Meet specific KRA's defined on a given quarter and support monthly and quarterly targets set by the Department and the site.
- Ensure all new Sales orders are confirmed within the most reasonable time.
- Accomplish ASWOC (Assembly Start W/O Chip) for the die requirements.
- Creates work orders for the assembly of parts ensuring a corresponding Axapta Traveler is generated for specific backlog.
- Ensure meeting the On Time Delivery of parts to customer by staying on top of any issues that may hinder the completion of lots per agreed cycle time.
- Performs Axapta (ERP) transaction of finished lot from PCHold to Packing step.
- Provides shipping list to Logistics/Shipping personnel based on scheduled shipment for the week by creating pick list of parts thru Axapta (ERP).
- Monitors materials (P/P and Die) delivery and closely coordinate with QA for the timely release of materials.
- Closely monitor WIP (Work In Process) to prevent ageing and coordinate with Operations team (Production, QA and Engg) as necessary.
- Collaborates with Operations team (Production, QA and Engg) for any issues that may prevent the smooth assembly of parts and may impact commit delivery date to intercompany customer.
- Participate in a regular manner the scheduled huddle of assigned product line to ensure issues and concerns are addressed immediately.
- Performs material planning (die and components) by reviewing Planned Purchased Orders generated by MRP on a regular basis, converting them into Purchase Orders (PO) and send them to Intercompany partner.
- Work closely/collaborate with Intercompany for the best delivery commit of materials (die and components) to ensure backlogs are supported and maximize weekly shipment of sub-assemblies.
- Provides weekly Planning reports/updates as assigned.
- Always follow defined procedures and processes and actively participate in any audits.
- Performs other tasks as maybe assigned.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering with 3-5yrs experience as production control, preferably from semiconductor company
- Other Engineering courses with production planning and control experience are welcome to apply
- Preferably with working experience in Semiconductor industry
- Knowledge in semiconductor/electronics industry
- Capability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate clearly verbally and written
- Honest, trustworthy, driven, analytical and fast learner
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
- Knowledgeable in the use of ERP preferably Microsoft Dynamics Axapta
- Knowledgeable in the use of Tableau is an advantage
