Your impact

At Jacobs, we're transforming how we deliver energy and power solutions for clients around the world. As a Piping Engineer, you will help shape sustainable, safe, and futureready facilities by contributing technical expertise to multidisciplinary project teams. You'll work collaboratively across engineering groups to develop highquality piping designs and support the full project lifecycle.

In this role, you will

  • Prepare piping layouts, 3D models, isometrics, and detailed engineering drawings
  • Develop preliminary and detailed designs, specifications, and documentation for piping engineering deliverables
  • Ensure all work complies with applicable standards, regulatory requirements, and project design criteria
  • Coordinate with engineers, designers, and other disciplines to achieve project objectives and maintain design consistency
  • Participate in reviews for procurement and construction packages, providing technical input as required
  • Monitor progress of assigned deliverables and support scope management and reporting activities
  • Contribute to design safety considerations, including identifying hazards and supporting safetyfocused design practices where applicable.

Here's what you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Piping, or related Engineering discipline.
  • Strong proficiency in Plant 3D and AutoCAD (highly preferred)
  • Experience with OpenPlant or CADWorx is a nicetohave
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to manage workload in a fastpaced project environment and deliver highquality outputs
