The Role

We're seeking a Pipeline Sourcer - Recruiter. This role is designed for a proactive, resourceful professional who thrives in high-volume recruiting environments and enjoys building strong talent pipelines across multiple U.S. markets.

You'll play a key role in sourcing, screening, and delivering top-tier candidates for field-based and retail roles, while supporting large-scale hiring initiatives and workforce ramp-ups.

Location: Must be in Colombia – Remote.

Environment: Colombian and International Teams.

Language: Advanced English (B2+ - C1).

Timezone: Monday to Friday – 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST.

Contract: Non-fixed Term Colombian Contract.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in recruiting or talent sourcing, preferably in high-volume environments.
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based hiring efforts across multiple states.
  • Proven experience recruiting for field-based, retail, canvassing, or construction-related roles.
  • Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours across various time zones.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for big box retail environments (e.g., Lowe's, Home Depot, Costco environments).
  • Experience supporting face-to-face or field hiring initiatives.
  • Background in construction, retail staffing, or workforce ramp projects.
  • Experience working in a fully remote, globally distributed team.

Education: Technical degree or professional studies in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred).

Experience: 2–4 years of experience in recruiting or talent sourcing, preferably in high-volume environments and supporting U.S.-based hiring. Experience in retail, canvassing, field roles, or construction is highly preferred.

Skills: ATS management, Boolean search, advanced sourcing techniques, candidate screening, recruiting analytics, and proficiency with platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed.

Characteristics: Strong communication skills, ownership mentality, proactive mindset, adaptability, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development:

  • Proactively source candidates for canvasing roles and retail associates across various U.S. states.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring needs.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job boards, social platforms, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct market mapping and competitor research to identify strong candidate pools.

High-Volume Recruiting Support

  • Screen candidates through phone and video interviews to assess experience, availability, and culture fit.
  • Evaluate candidate alignment for field-based, customer-facing, and retail-focused roles.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

U.S. Market & Geographic Coordination

  • Recruit across multiple time zones within the continental United States.
  • Understand varying regional hiring needs, labor markets, and scheduling requirements.
  • Support workforce ramp-ups in new territories and seasonal hiring cycles.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner closely with client hiring managers and internal teams to clarify role requirements and timelines.
  • Provide regular pipeline updates, reporting metrics, and hiring progress insights.
  • Maintain strong communication and build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve sourcing efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Track recruiting KPIs including time-to-fill, conversion rates, and pipeline health.
  • Ensure compliance with hiring standards, documentation processes, and data privacy practices.
