Install, assemble, and maintain LPG piping systems, valves, regulators, and fittings according to layout drawings and technical specifications.
Conduct site measurements and prepare accurate take-offs for required materials.
Perform pipe cutting, threading, and welding for steel pipes
Ensure correct alignment, slope, and support of LPG pipelines.
Conduct leak testing, purging, and pressure testing of completed systems.
Assist in the installation of LPG tanks, piping, vaporizers, manifolds, and gas leak detection systems.
Coordinate with engineers and site supervisors to ensure installations meet project design and safety requirements.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of tools, materials, and work areas.
Report any unsafe acts, conditions, or system irregularities immediately.
Perform other related tasks as may be assigned or instructed by the engineers or immediate supervisor.
Qualifications
Vocational or technical course graduate in Mechanical, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience as a Pipe Fitter, preferably in LPG, gas, or fuel systems installation.
Proven experience in the LPG piping and tank installation industry is an advantage.
Knowledgeable in LPG codes and standards (e.g., NFPA 58, local fire and safety regulations).
Skilled in pipe threading, welding, and layout work.
Able to read and interpret mechanical drawings, and isometric diagrams.
Physically fit and capable of working in various site conditions.
Holder of TESDA NC II in Pipefitting or equivalent certification is an advantage.
