We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented
Warehouse Picker / Order Picker to join our operations team. The role involves accurately selecting, checking, and preparing items for shipment to ensure timely and complete order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and process customer orders to identify items for picking
- Select and retrieve products accurately based on order requirements
- Inspect items to ensure they meet quality standards and have correct barcodes or reference numbers
- Count and verify items using the PDA system to ensure order accuracy before endorsement to the packing team
- Report any damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the supervisor
- Operate warehouse tools and equipment such as PDA devices, movable racks, and bins
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines
- Coordinate with team members to meet daily targets and deadlines
Qualifications
- At least High School graduate or equivalent
- Physically fit and able to lift items, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team leaders and coworkers
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and inventory tools
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and overtime during peak seasons
