About Shore360:

Shore360 is a 100% Australian-owned BP firm based in the Philippines, providing customized staffing and administrative support for international companies, handling recruitment, HR, IT, and office facilities so clients can focus on core business, offering transparent pricing, dedicated teams, and flexible setups.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy, reduce lead times, and optimize warehouse operations
  • Plan and execute stock replenishment strategies to maintain consistent product availability
  • Design, track, and report key metrics for supply chain and procurement functions
  • Utilize inventory management systems to monitor stock movements and maintain accurate records
  • Maintain and update master data in QAD to support efficient ERP operations
  • Collaborate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to align inventory strategies with overall business objectives

A Successful Candidate Must Have


  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in inventory management, supply chain, or a related role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in inventory systems, QAD ERP, and MS Office tools (especially Excel)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory data and reports
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Nice to Have


  • Professional certification in supply chain or inventory management (e.g., APICS, CPIM, CSCP)
  • Experience with advanced inventory practices such as lean inventory, just-in-time (JIT), and demand forecasting
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in inventory management

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)


  • Improvement in inventory cycle times
  • Reduction in slow-moving and obsolete inventory (SLOB)
  • Cost savings or avoidance equivalent to at least annual salary within the first year
  • Reduction in stockouts
