Plans, interpret and implements specific physical therapy treatment programs for patients.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
. Ensures quality medical and healthcare to patients. .
. Administers treatment program per physician instructions.
. Prepares patient for rehab procedures.
. Performs procedures following established norms for patient care and safety.
. Evaluate patient needs. Discusses condition and treatment plans with medical staff.
. Evaluates charts and reports on patient's progress. Bills patients according to established procedures.
. Maintains patient's records, charts and discharge summaries. . Educates patients and family in proper care and use of various support and exercise program.
. Assist other therapist in planning treatment programs.
. Assist doctors in performing other rehab procedures.
. Maintains strictest confidentiality and patient's privacy.
. Maintains orderliness of the department. . Performs related tasks that may be assigned.
