    All Junior Physical Therapists undergo our internal credentialing program in Pilates for Rehabilitation, helping you develop advanced movement-based rehabilitation skills early in your career.

    What You'll Do

    Clinical Care & Rehabilitation

    • Assist in delivering personalized rehabilitation and movement programs
    • Guide clients through exercise-based rehabilitation sessions
    • Support manual therapy interventions as trained
    • Monitor and document client progress accurately
    • Collaborate with senior therapists and coaches to optimize outcomes

    Client Experience

    • Deliver professional, compassionate, and high-quality client care
    • Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication
    • Help create a premium and supportive wellness experience

    Learning & Professional Development

    • Participate in mentorship, workshops, and case discussions
    • Complete assigned training, presentations, and development tasks
    • Continuously improve your clinical reasoning and coaching skills

    Team & Branch Support

    • Support studio operations and branch initiatives
    • Assist in wellness events, community activities, and marketing initiatives
    • Contribute positively to ONELIFE's collaborative culture

    Qualifications

    Required

    • Licensed Physical Therapist
    • Fresh graduates and early-career PTs are encouraged to apply
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Passion for movement, rehabilitation, wellness, and fitness
    • Strong willingness to learn and grow

    Preferred

    • Exposure to musculoskeletal or sports rehabilitation
    • Interest in Clinical Pilates or exercise-based rehabilitation
    • Background in sports, fitness, dance, or wellness is an advantage
