Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage workers compensation cases, ensuring timely care and resolution.
  • Monitor recovery progress and compliance with treatment plans.
  • Serve as the main contact for injured employees, addressing concerns and providing guidance.
  • Communicate with insurance adjusters, healthcare providers, employers, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct initial assessments of injury reports and medical documentation.
  • Evaluate treatment plans, assess further care needs, and determine work restrictions.
  • Ensure compliance with workers compensation laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of case interactions and medical reviews.
  • Provide education on workers compensation processes and injury prevention.

Job Qualifications:

  • Excellent Communications Skills
  • With at least six months Workers compensation experience
  • With at least six months BPO work experience
  • Amenable to work onsite
  • Amenable to work in BGC Taguig Manila Philippines
  • Graduate of BSN or related course
