Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Quezon City for a Team Leader. The Team Leader will oversee daily operations, manage and motivate team members to meet performance metrics, and ensure high-quality delivery of services aligned with organizational objectives. Responsibilities include monitoring and evaluating team performance, providing coaching and feedback, addressing operational challenges, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. The Team Leader will collaborate closely with other departments to improve processes and maintain compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• Proven team management and leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective team dynamics.
• Experience in monitoring performance metrics and implementing improvement plans where needed.
• Solid understanding of process improvement methodologies and compliance with organizational standards.
• Proficiency in using technology and tools for task management and documentation.
• Ability to work on-site in Quezon City as part of a collaborative team environment.
• Previous experience in healthcare operations is a plus but not mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience in a leadership role.

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in nursing
• Required to have an active registered nursing license or social work license
• Management/Supervisor level experience in a BPO setting
• Willing to work onsite at GBF Tower, Bridgetowne, Quezon City
