Salary Range: 50,000 - 60,000 (with Sign-on Bonus Up to 50,000)
Work Setup: Onsite
Shift Schedule: Night Shift (MonFri, fixed weekends off)
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
The role
As a
PHRN Trainer, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence by delivering high-quality training programs for healthcare BPO teams. You will be responsible for equipping clinical and non-clinical staff with the knowledge, skills, and competencies required to meet client expectations and quality standards.

Your Responsibilities
- Facilitate new hire training, refresher sessions, and upskilling programs for healthcare accounts.
- Develop and update training materials based on client guidelines, regulatory requirements, and operational changes.
- Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with operations and quality teams.
- Monitor trainee performance and provide structured coaching and feedback.
- Ensure all training programs align with client-specific requirements and internal quality standards.
- Support nesting activities and endorse trainees for production readiness.
- Track, analyze, and report training performance metrics to leadership.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance training effectiveness.
What We're Looking For
- Active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) license.
- At least 1 year of Trainer experience in a BPO setup (Healthcare account required; Clinical account experience preferred but not required).
- Strong knowledge of healthcare processes, documentation standards, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience creating training modules, job aids, and learning materials.
- Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Willing to work onsite in Ortigas.
- Amenable to a fixed night shift schedule.
