Job Responsibilities

E-Commerce Basic Work

  • Create and optimize E-Commerce Org Chart, Allocation and Job Responsibilities for each position;
  • Create and optimize E-Commerce related policies and procedures, and process standard offset;
  • Draft E-Commerce strategic plan based on company strategic plan and doing strictly execution.

E-Commerce Operation

  • Responsible for achievement of sales targets of the local business (ONLINE);
  • Create operational plan for Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok and Official Website;
  • Responsible for online sales channels expansion, online sales promotion;
  • Merchandise marketing, merchandise management, platform promotion, customer operations;
  • Create yearly/quarterly/monthly promotion plan, marketing plan and budget plan, achieve sales target with related promotion activities, increase the revenue of the sales;
  • Supervise and analyze operation data, manage the backstage, regularly deliver report to Country General Manager and SEA E-Commerce Director;
  • Adjust operation based on analysis, accomplish brand merchandise promotion evaluation, come up with improve plan to achieve sales target;
  • Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments;
  • Cooperate with Marketing department and Merchandising department with merchandising selection, promotion, sales activities online;
  • Online sales business cooperation with 3rd party;
  • Enhance brand image and brand influence through online promotion;

E-Commerce Management

  • E-Commerce employees'evaluation, guidance and training;
  • Management of daily store operations (ONLINE), inventory coverage, price approval, photo requirements, upload new SKU and delisting non-performing SKUs
  • Working closely with merchandising planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment;

Others

  • Other works that may assigned by direct supervisor time to time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or above degree major in business management or E-Commerce related course;
  • At least 3 to 5 years working experience with similar role;
  • Familiarity with B2C E-Commerce operation;
  • Professional in E-Commerce platform development, management, maintenance and promotion;
  • Professional in SEO and other main promotion channel online;
  • With experience to create the team;
  • Good capabilities in E-Commerce promotion plan, good communication skill and business negotiation skill;
  • Open mind, teamwork, responsible, able to work under pressure;
  • Preferred sport lover.
