The Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist is responsible in ensuring accuracy of information and quality of delivery by monitoring, auditing, reviewing, analyzing, documenting work processes that further improves clinical operations standards. Performs quality audits, validates results and communicates recommendation among responsible departments. Participates in design, review, and amendment of QA monitor ing tools and guides. Creates QA reports and provides data to Quality Assurance leadership. Uses quality monitoring data management sys tem to track and document performances. Works with the Operations and Training teams to analyze performance feedback and resolve issues.
USRN Team Lead

The primary role of a Team Lead in Operations is to manage an assigned team of individual contributors in meeting or exceeding customer service level agreement, completion of team projects, adherence to operating standards and enforcement of company policies through effective people development, team engagement and performance management capabilities.
Current, unrestricted license as RN in the Philippines and/or US preferably with experience in Utilization Review, Utilization
Management, Coding, Back office, Organizational Development, and other CPO related processes.
At least 2 years of recent & pertinent clinical experience
