Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in the Philippines, for a Philippines Affiliate Manager. The Affiliate Manager will oversee daily communication and relationship management with affiliate partners, manage affiliate accounts to ensure growth, and implement strategies to optimize affiliate performance. The role also involves developing and executing marketing plans, analyzing campaign performance, and identifying opportunities to enhance affiliate program success.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Affiliate Management and Account Management to establish and maintain strong affiliate partnerships
- Strong Communication skills to effectively liaise with affiliates and internal teams
- Proven experience in Sales and Online Marketing to drive growth and achieve performance targets
- Analytical mindset to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
- Proficient in using affiliate program tools and marketing software
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently in a fast-paced environment
