Ascend Rx is seeking highly skilled, motivated, and forward-thinking Pharmacists to join our growing team. We are currently hiring for two key roles that are essential in delivering precision-driven, patient-centered pharmaceutical care.
Pharmacist Operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations to ensure efficient, accurate, and high-quality service delivery
- Manage inventory, including procurement, storage, and stock optimization of medications and supplies
- Collaborate with the team to streamline workflows and enhance customer experience
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and operational standards
Qualifications:
- Licensed Pharmacist in the Philippines
- Proven experience in pharmacy operations or retail pharmacy management
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Compounding Pharmacist
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare customized medications through precise pharmaceutical compounding
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all compounded prescriptions
- Ensure strict adherence to compounding standards, safety protocols, and quality controls
- Work closely with healthcare providers to deliver optimized, patient-specific solutions
Qualifications:
- Licensed Pharmacist in the Philippines
- Experience in pharmaceutical compounding is highly preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality and patient safety
