Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS Pharmacy with valid PRC license
  • Preferably with at least 1-2 years of experience in a hospital or clinical pharmacy setting
  • Strong knowledge of hospital pharmacy operations, medication dispensing

Job Description

  • Dispensing medication per the prescription, or doctors order
  • Maintains accurate inventory records, monitors stock levels, and check expiration dates
  • Ensures compliance with DOH, FDA, PDEA, and hospital accreditation standards
  • Maintains complete and accurate pharmacy records, logs, and reports
