PEZA Compliance Officer (PEZA, EHS, ISO)

Qualifications:

• Must be willing to work 100% onsite at our Eastwood Site
• Experience with Safety Compliance is an advantage
• Experience in managing or supervising compliance-related projects or teams
• Familiarity with local and international compliance standards (e.g PEZA, ISO, LGU Permits)
• Willing to travel from one site to another occasionally for audits or compliance training

Job Description:

• Monitors all statutory and regulatory compliance
• Prepares forms like 8105 and 8106 forms
• Must be familiar with Farm-in/Farm out (Intrazone and Interzone)
• Asset management
• Prepares all internal and external audit requirement (PCI DSS, ISO, SSAE, Client Audits)
• Submits quarterly report to DENR
• Ensures that 3rd party vendor is compliant with the Permits and Licenses
• Assists Physical Security Audit Documentation
• Validates the infra risk assessment observation/risk report
• Processes Compliance Reports to PEZA (Farm in & Farm Out)
• Ensures that all procured items have applied PEZA permit
• Monitors and apply Permits and Licenses (FSIC and PTO)
• Assists Government agencies on the site inspection
