Job Description

Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with a global leader in industrial chemical industry in their search for an EHS Compliance Officer based in Silang, Cavite.

Salary Range: Up to ₱40,000

Work Setup: Onsite

Shift Schedule: Day Shift

Location: Silang, Cavite

The role

The EHS Compliance Officer supports the company's compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations by managing Safety Data Sheets (SDS), permits, licenses, and regulatory submissions. The role coordinates with internal teams, vendors, and government agencies such as DENR, PDEA, and PNP to ensure timely and accurate completion of requirements. It also assists in environmental compliance activities, including hazardous waste management, facility compliance, and related reporting.

Your Responsibilities

  • Review and validate Safety Data Sheets (SDS) to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with validity requirements, including coordination with vendors or internal teams for updates or missing information.
  • Handle the preparation, processing, and tracking of permits, including document gathering, notarization, and monitoring of approval status.
  • Submit regulatory requirements to government agencies such as DENR, PDEA, and PNP through online systems or onsite processing as needed.
  • Prepare and submit compliance reports and ensure timely renewal of all required licenses and permits.
  • Support PEZA-related compliance activities, including ECC/LLDA requirements, hazardous waste disposal coordination, and related documentation.
  • Assist in ensuring that warehouse and facility operations comply with environmental and safety standards, including PCO requirements.
  • Provide support for customer service functions such as sales coordination and order management when required.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or graduate of a relevant technical course such as Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience in environmental compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related function.
  • Basic knowledge of Philippine environmental laws and regulations is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with occupational health and safety standards and environmental management systems is preferred.
