PEZA and Tax Compliance Officer for our Awesome CX by Transcom Davao site. This role shall be responsible for all registrations, reports, filing and payments and other compliance requirements to PEZA, BIR, SEC, BOI, LGUs, and other government agencies.

Key Responsibilities
What we are looking for:
- Handle registrations, filings, and compliance with PEZA, BIR, SEC, BOI, and LGUs
- Process PEZA requirements such as project registration, SCO, ITH, and report submissions
- Ensure timely tax filings and payments (WHT, VAT, income tax, etc.) with BIR
- Prepare and submit documents for audits, VAT refunds, and other tax requirements
- Assist in securing business permits and renewals with LGUs
- Submit required reports to SEC and BOI (e.g., AFS, GIS)
- Perform other compliance and reporting tasks as needed
To be successful in this role you must be...
- Bachelors degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field; CPA is a plus
- At least 5+ years of tax/compliance experience, preferably in PEZA companies
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws and government requirements
- Proficient in MS Excel with good attention to detail and communication skills
