Salary: PHP 20,000

Status: Full-time

Qualifications

• At least 12 years of experience in High-End Retail, Hospitality, or Sales is highly preferred.
• Graduate of any 4-year course (Business, Marketing, or Animal Science is a plus).
• Exceptional verbal communication skills; ability to explain technical product benefits clearly.
• Must be a genuine pet lover with a basic understanding of dog/cat breeds and common health needs.
• Familiarity with POS systems, inventory software, or basic MS Excel.
• Ability to handle store tasks, including shelf stocking and standing for long shifts.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice based on pet health, lifestyle, and habits.
• Achieve monthly targets through upselling, cross-selling, and marketing.
• Handle cashiering (POS), merchandising, and inventory control.
• Attend training and complete exams to become a category expert.
• Maintain the premium look of the store and monitor for irregularities.
