The Role

As the Personal Loan Product Head, you will be responsible for managing the personal loan product line and ensuring its profitability/achievement of business targets by developing strategic initiatives and tactical executions as well as handling operational requirements.

How you'll contribute

• Develop/enhance personal loan product construct, baseline features and strategic roadmap to grow the product and achieve business metrics.
• Lead product driven initiatives and collaborate with various internal and external groups to address market need/portfolio gaps and opportunities.
• Recommends and evaluates new product ideas, services and/or product changes.
• Communicate the products and features of the personal loan product to relevant partners effectively utilizing all the available channels

What we're looking for

• Must have 510 years of in-depth experience in personal loans.
• With experience in project management, product development, sales, and marketing.
• Has knowledge of consumer lending products and services and related financial and non-financial processes.
• Excellent analytical abilities and a keen attention to detail are required.
