Job Description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Executive Driver:

Safely and punctually transport company executives to meetings, events, and appointments
Keep vehicles clean, perform routine inspections, and ensure maintenance is completed on schedule
Plan routes to optimize travel time, accounting for traffic, road conditions, and timing needs
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

As a Security Personnel:

Protect executives during travel and while on-site at company locations or official events
Perform routine checks of vehicles and surrounding areas to ensure safety
Follow and enforce company security protocols
Act quickly and appropriately in emergency or safety-related incidents

REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid professional drivers license with the correct classification
At least 2 years experience driving for executives or in a corporate environment
Background in security or formal security training is a strong plus
Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
Solid understanding of local traffic laws and efficient routes
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
