ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant & Asset Administrator to support a private principal in managing personal assets, schedules, and day-to-day administrative matters.
This role is suited for a college-educated professional with a strong background in bookkeeping or accounting support, who is comfortable working independently, handling confidential information, and ensuring that assets and logistics run smoothly in the background.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Asset & Bookkeeping: Track budgets, expenses, and payments for all properties and marine assets, and maintain organized financial records in coordination with accountants as needed.
- Personal Assistant Support: Manage the principal's calendar, appointments, travel, and personal commitments to ensure smooth day-to-day scheduling.
- Asset Maintenance & Coordination: Oversee maintenance and repairs for houses and boats by coordinating with contractors, technicians, marinas, and service providers.
- Marine & Trip Logistics: Prepare and coordinate boat trip logistics, including provisions, readiness checks, and coordination with crew and service partners.
ROLE QUALIFICATIONS
- College graduate (Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related course preferred)
- Experience in bookkeeping or accounting support is required
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Asset Administrator
- Experience handling financial tracking alongside logistics and administration
- High level of discretion and trustworthiness
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Tech-savvy (spreadsheets, calendar tools, messaging apps)
- Experience with boats or marine assets is an advantage but not required.
