JOB DESCRIPTION Provides direction, position plans, assigns, supervises and approves the activities of the Division and staff in the planning, preparation, and submission of the requirements pertaining to process improvement, organizational development, change management and compliance assurance and quality management. Delivers overall supervision, professional and technical expertise of the Management Division as Division Chief and does other related works. | |||
Functions and Responsibilities: | |||
1. Acts as the Division Chief of the Management Division 2. Analyze and approve plans and programs relative to management improvement in the OBSU/FO 3. Examine and reviews administrative organization of the OBSU/FO and provide recommendations for improvement 4. Evaluate, assess and analyze outputs of the Section Heads pertaining to Organizational Development, Quality Improvement Management and Compliance Assurance and Management 5. Reviews internal and external policies for system improvement and streamline duplication of process 6. Review existing methods, system, procedure, processes recommended by the concerned OBSU/FO 7. Develop new and improved management system and provide staff supervision over the implementation of such improvement 8. Ensure a responsive organizational structure and empowered and highly motivated workforce 9. Monitors and assess implementation of case management standards and procedures and ensure safe data protection and management procedures 10. Monitors the compliance to reportorial requirements for both internal and external stakeholders 11. Ensure that all compliances have its own monitoring and evaluation mechanisms 12. Issuance of management guidelines on Organization Development 13. Ensure full and proper utilization of the budget 14. Conducts Coaching and Mentoring to MD Section Heads 15. Preparation of the Annual Work and Financial Plan Reports together with the division's accomplishment annual report and 16. Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor. | |||
