JOB DESCRIPTION Under general supervision, performs supervisory, technical, and support functions of Resource Management Division (RMD) and does other related works. | |||
Functions and Responsibilities: | |||
1.Assists the Section Head in conducting logistics capacity assessment of NRLMB, DRCs and FOs. 2.Provides support and training regarding logistics capacity assessment (LCA). 3.Conducts resource mapping of all Field Offices. 4.Acts as Focal person for FNIs. 5.Ensure data correctness and timeliness of report submission. 6.Assists in the Workforce Planning of DRCs and FOs to ensure optimized work load and efficiency. 7.Reviews/ recommends the development and enhancement of policies / guidelines / systems / procedures of NRLMB 8.Prepares memorandum, proposals, TOR, and other correspondents related to Section's activities. 9.Provides technical and administrative assistance as deployed during response operations. 10.Validates the compliance and performance of the DRCs and FOs in their OPC. 11.Validates data/information accuracy and consistency. 12.Provide technical and consultative services to DSWD Field Offices, SWADAs and stakeholders/partners related to warehousing and logistics management/production of FFPs/internal control policies and standards implementation/ donation facilitation process and volunteers assistance procedures. 13.Perform other tasks as may be assigned. | |||
