Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain region-specific minimum and maximum inventory thresholds.
  • Monitor inventory levels, usage trends, and procurement cycles to prevent overstocking or understocking.
  • Analyze historical data and forecast demand to support proactive inventory planning.
  • Collaborate with BSLs and vendors to align inventory strategies with business needs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for peripheral inventory inquiries and escalations.
  • Partner with engineering teams to validate technical specifications and ensure compatibility with existing infrastructure.
  • Maintain and update hardware catalogs accessed by end users, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Recommend peripheral hardware based on technical requirements, lifecycle status, and vendor performance.
  • Evaluate peripheral hardware specifications to make informed recommendations.
  • Provide guidance on device selection, lifecycle management, and vendor quality.
