We're looking for a results-driven Performance Trader who can win client trust, motivate teammates, and confidently manage multiple accounts. Job Description
- Own the full campaign lifecycle to deliver clients media goals, including setup, QA, optimization, analysis, and reporting.
- Ensure digital campaign performance and pacing align with established KPIs.
- Analyze performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, translating insights into clear optimization recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with finance and agency teams to ensure campaigns are billed accurately and on time
- Build strong relationships with agency, publishers and technology partners to support timely launches and accurate campaign implementation, resolving issues as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of industry experience, specifically within Facebook, TikTok and Google/GMP tech stack.
- Experience in an agency as an Digital Buyer/Ad Trafficker/Campaign Manager is preferred. Fresh graduates of marketing and advertising courses are welcome to apply.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented with a passion for well-executed deliverables.
- Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, network partners, and external agencies.
- A self-starter who is capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
