Job Description
- Plan, design, and execute performance testing scenarios using tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Analyze system behavior under load and provide recommendations to improve performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance.
- Create test reports with detailed analysis of throughput, latency, and other key performance indicators.
- Support test planning, scripting, and result validation for application performance testing across projects.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum of 5 years of experience focused on performance testing.
- Proficient in using JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar tools for load and stress testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret system metrics and performance results.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and fine-tune applications.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
