KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Performance Media Strategy & Campaign Execution
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across paid digital channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and Programmatic).
- Manage campaign pacing, budgets, and delivery to ensure campaigns remain aligned with performance targets.
- Analyze performance data and recommend optimization actions across audiences, placements, and messaging.
- Ensure campaigns are structured and implemented according to internal best practices and naming conventions.
- Monitor performance trends and proactively identify risks or opportunities in campaign delivery.
Performance Messaging & AI-Assisted Creative Experimentation
- Lead the use of AI-assisted tools to generate messaging variations for performance campaigns.
- Develop structured frameworks for testing messaging angles, hooks, and call-to-action variations.
- Work with the media team to ensure ad copy and messaging align with campaign objectives and platform best practices.
- Document creative testing outcomes and maintain a repository of messaging insights and learnings.
- Translate campaign performance data into actionable messaging adjustments.
Campaign Testing, Insights & Performance Learning
- Design structured campaign experiments across audiences, creatives, and formats.
- Analyze test outcomes and summarize insights for internal teams and client discussions.
- Maintain documentation of campaign tests, optimization actions, and performance learnings.
- Support the development of repeatable testing frameworks that improve campaign performance over time.
- Encourage a culture of experimentation and data-informed decision making within the media team.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Delivery Alignment
- Collaborate with various department teams of Client Success and Data & Technology teams to ensure campaigns are launched and tracked properly.
- Provide performance insights and recommendations during internal reviews and client discussions.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between campaign objectives, execution plans, and reporting.
- Coordinate campaign timelines and execution priorities with the broader project teams.
Operational Excellence & System Development
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness of campaign builds, reports, trackers, and documentation.
- Develop and maintain internal trackers for campaign pacing, testing results, and performance insights.
- Continuously improve internal workflows across planning, execution, and reporting stages.
- Support the development of internal playbooks and best practices for performance media operations.
- Contribute to strengthening team capability through documentation, shared learnings, and process improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS

- 46 years of experience in digital media, performance marketing, or media strategy roles
- Currently operating at Manager or Senior Specialist level in an agency or in-house environment
- Hands-on experience managing paid media channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and/or Programmatic)
- Demonstrated ability to manage campaign optimization, budget pacing, and performance reporting
- Experience working with ad creatives and messaging variations to improve campaign performance
- Comfortable using or experimenting with AI-assisted tools for marketing workflows
- Familiarity with structured campaign testing (creative, audience, or format experimentation)
- Comfortable operating in a lean, fast-moving organization with evolving processes
- Strong understanding of performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Willingness to build trackers, documentation, and internal systems rather than relying solely on existing structures
- Demonstrates professional judgment when communicating internally and managing priorities across stakeholders
