We're now expanding our marketing efforts and looking for a strong Performance Marketing Manager to help drive measurable growth across all digital channels.
About the Role
HCPA is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager who will lead our paid and organic acquisition strategy across all major digital channels.
Your mission: drive qualified leads, reduce CPL, increase conversion rates, and build high-performing funnels from awareness to conversion supported by strong data, testing, and optimisation.
This role directly contributes to revenue growth and will work closely with our CMO, Brand Lead, Content Team, and Lifecycle Marketing.
What You'll Do
Run and optimise paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, SEO, and YouTube.
Build and improve landing pages, funnels, and retargeting campaigns to increase conversions.
Set up and manage tracking using GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and UTM frameworks.
Analyze performance (CPL, MQLs, ROAS) and provide weekly data-driven insights.
Support SEO with keyword research and content alignment.
Work with Brand, Content, and Lifecycle teams to maintain consistent messaging and drive growth.
Skills & Experience Needed
Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and GA4
Data-driven and highly analytical approach
Skilled in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
Understanding of full-funnel growth and user journeys
Experience with HubSpot, landing page builders (Webflow, Unbounce), or automation tools
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Fast execution and high creative standards
