Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or user acquisition.
- Expertise in paid media buying across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Programmatic DSPs.
- Strong background in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and ad creative performance
analysis.
- Experience in affiliate marketing, CPA networks, and traffic partnerships.
- Proven ability to scale ad budgets efficiently while maintaining profitability.
- Proficiency in tracking and analytics tools (Google Analytics, UTM tracking, MMPs, Meta Ads
Manager).
- Experience in the sportsbook or sports betting industry is a plus.
- Highly analytical, data-driven, and results-focused with a deep understanding of DAU growth
strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Paid Media Management Optimize and scale advertising campaigns across Meta, Google,
TikTok, and Programmatic DSPs. Increase ad spend while maintaining profitable CAC by focusing
on high-performing campaigns and cutting underperformers.
- Creative Testing & Optimization Conduct weekly A/B tests on creatives, refining headlines,
CTAs, and offer positioning. Align ad creatives with trending topics and sports events to boost
engagement and conversions.
- Affiliate & Traffic Growth Expand affiliate networks (CPA, revenue share) and onboard new
media buyers and traffic sources. Optimize tracking to monitor source efficiency and diversify traffic
streams.
- Retargeting & Reactivation Run aggressive remarketing campaigns using push notifications,
SMS, and other placements to bring back inactive users. Leverage lookalike audiences and high-
value user segments for reactivation.
- Data-Driven Budget Scaling Allocate marketing budget based on real-time performance data.
Conduct weekly spend vs. DAU efficiency audits to ensure sustainable growth. Maintain a target
ROAS while scaling acquisition efforts.
